Psychotherapy · Oakville & online across Ontario

Therapy that makes room for clarity, choice and meaningful change.

You may arrive with a clearly defined concern or only a sense that something is no longer working. Our starting point is your experience, your values and the life you want to move toward.

Areas of focus

Different circumstances can lead to the same need: space to pause and discern.

These pages describe areas in which my psychotherapy training, formation and professional experience particularly intersect.

Spirituality, religion and meaning

For exploring purpose, transcendence, spiritual struggle, religious injury or the role faith and spirituality may play in healing and change.

Your experience may not fit a heading

You do not need to diagnose the problem before contacting a therapist.

A consultation is a place to describe what is happening and decide whether working together feels appropriate.

I also work with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, questions of meaning and purpose, identity, relationships, spirituality and the experience of feeling stuck. Therapy is not limited to the labels on this page.

My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and existential perspectives while remaining responsive to the person in front of me.
