Our practice includes the use of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) under professional supervision. Renato's mission is to empower clients by helping them overcome challenges and achieve optimal mental health through personalized care. We are dedicated to ensuring impactful therapy results that align with individual mental health goals.






Educating and Collaborating


Effective therapy is about giving the client agency, choice, and support.
